Y's Table Corporation is mainly involved in the operation of restaurants. The restaurant business is engaged in the operation of luxury restaurants under the names XEX and casual restaurants under the names PIZZA SALVATORE CUOMO. The Company is operates in two business segments. The XEX Group segment operates luxury restaurants in domestic and overseas markets. The Casual Restaurant Group segment operates casual restaurants in domestic and overseas markets.
Salvatore Cuomo is fairly common to find, most of their other brands only have one or two locations.

Details
Gift certificates worth 1,000 yen each which can be also be exchanged for gifts. You can also get a shareholder card which gives you a 10% discount.
Requirements
Gift certificates:
100 shares gives you 5,000 yen worth.
200 shares gives you 10,000 yen worth.
300 shares gives you 15,000 yen worth.
You can exchange 5,000 yen worth for some food products, such as frozen pizza and beef.
100 shares will get you the discount card if you hold the stock for 3 years or more (February rights date only).
Comment
You can't go wrong with a flat 10% off your bill provided that you can hold the stock for 3 years, and the gift certificates scale up well which is always nice. I personally think that exchanging the certificates for products is a bad value, but it's always an option if you can't get to the restaurants.
