Ten Allied runs a long-established izakaya chain and also has some Japanese restaurants. They mostly operate under the Tengu brand, along with Kandaya and Meat Kitchen.

They're mostly concentrated in the Kanto area, and are typical chain izakaya fare. Their Japanese restaurants are like higher-end family restaurants.

Rights day

End of March, end of September

Details

Gift certificates in sheets of 500 yen which can be used at their restaurants.

Requirements

100 shares - 1,000 yen worth.

500 shares - 5,000 yen worth.

1,000 shares - 10,000 yen worth.

1,500 shares and up - 15,000 yen worth if held less than a year. If held for a year or more then you get 18,000 yen worth.

Comment

These certificates scale with the amount of shares held, and if you hold the maximum 1,500 shares for a year then it'll be the best yield, which is fairly rare. The stock price is currently on the low side so it's not unreasonable to aim for 1,500 shares and get 36,000 yen worth of gift certificates a year. Just make sure that the group has locations that are convenient for you, they only operate in a few prefectures and are much less common than some other chains.

Chart

Due the generous perk system, this stock has highs and lows timed with the rights date.
