The QUO Card will always be a useful thing to receive every year. The Wakaru Kaigo Biz subscription is certainly unique, it seems like the sort of thing that most people will have no use for as it's more of a B2B platform. I suppose that if you work in HR and the company would rather buy the stock instead of paying for the subscription then the information will be valuable. It may also be of interest for employees who are planning to take nursing care leave in the future to be aware of their rights.
