The AGORA Hospitality Group operates in the hotel and property development activities in Japan. The company operates various hotels, including full service, limited service, resort, and traditional ryokans type hotels. It also provides hospitality management, operation and asset management, due diligence and renewal project, and repositioning and rebranding planning services.
Their hotels are of pretty decent quality, a step above the business hotel range but nothing too fancy. Almost every hotel is in Osaka or Tokyo, with one in Fukuoka, although several hotels they used to run in other cities have left the group.

Comment
If you often visit Osaka or Tokyo then you'll have a good number of hotels to take advantage of. The 30% discount is only on the flexible rate so there are times that even with the discount the prepaid rate is cheaper. I did some basic searching and the prices seem to be competitive with online booking sites so you might as well book directly with the discount in that case. This benefit is mostly useless outside of Tokyo and Osaka, though.
