Very similar to Relo Group's Club Off, Benefit Station is a general discount site that some companies can enroll you in, usually through your workplace. You can sign up for it yourself if you want to for 330 yen a month. I've found the site to be ok, most of the travel deals can be found on other websites, they claim to have huge discounts at times but I have to assume they sell out instantly since I've never been able to take advantage of them. They do have discounts to a lot of basic services like movie tickets, amusement parks, museums, and other forms of entertainment. The discount is usually only a few hundred yen but it's better than nothing. Benefit One runs this service and used to give it as a perk, but it is no longer listed, but you can also get this perk from other stocks.
The QOLism service is kind of unique. You will get a membership for the service which is something to promote good health. You'll answer some questions and the AI will give you advice on healthy living such as recommend eating and exercise, and by completing these tasks you will get points which you can then use to trade it for products or services. The number of points you can get in a year maxes out depending on how many shares you hold. The scaling of 200 shares is very good and it's fairly easy to maximize your points by just saying you've accomplished your goals on a daily basis.
