Very similar to Relo Group's Club Off, Benefit Station is a general discount site that some companies can enroll you in, usually through your workplace. You can sign up for it yourself if you want to for 330 yen a month. I've found the site to be ok, most of the travel deals can be found on other websites, they claim to have huge discounts at times but I have to assume they sell out instantly since I've never been able to take advantage of them. They do have discounts to a lot of basic services like movie tickets, amusement parks, museums, and other forms of entertainment. The discount is usually only a few hundred yen but it's better than nothing.
For the most part the discounts are almost identical to Club Off, although occasionally I do find exclusive deals on one one site or the other. Having access to both will make sure you're eligible for all the deals! You can also get membership through Benefit One, which is a bit more expensive.

Nothing too remarkable, the company seems to have weathered COVID well.
