Comment
If you frequent the Oi Racecourse then not having to pay the 100 yen to get in is a nice perk, and the Summerland tickets shouldn't be too hard to use as long as you live within reasonable distance from the park. I'm not into horse racing so I can't speak to the value of the special entrance pass but the reserved seating area has some pretty expensive seats so if you're really into horse racing it'll probably let you enjoy the experience, if I lived nearby I could see myself going just to watch the races. I've only been to Summerland in the summer and it can get obscenely crowded, so the autumn/spring tickets might actually be more valuable then at first glance!
