For the sale, you get a flyer which has a selection of products that you can buy at reduced prices. It's mainly camera-related equipment, but there are also a few things like 360 cameras, scanners, binoculars, and other mostly office-related equipment. I don't know enough about the products to determine if they are a good deal or not, but searching on kakaku, some products were cheaper online, while others were cheaper through this sale.
For details for the online office tour you can see what it'll cover here. If you're interested in Ricoh's business it's probably a pretty interesting tour, but I don't understand why there's a limit of 100 people since it's an online event.
