Company Information
WDI Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, owns and manages restaurants in Japan and internationally. It is also involved in bridal planning and operation activities.
WDI stands for World Dining Inspirations and they run a lot of international chains in Japan. Some of their brands are Tony Roma's, Wolfgang's Steakhouse, Hard Rock Cafe, Eggs 'N Things, Bubba Gump, Tim Ho Wan, and many more. You can see the full list here. For foreigners in Japan, we're often thankful for these restaurants being available!

Shareholder card which gives you a 20% discount, and gift certificates.
You can use the perks at the stores listed here.
Requirements
100 shares will get you the discount card. In addition, you will get gift certificates based on how many shares you own:
100 shares gives you 3,000 yen worth.
500 shares gives you 20,000 yen worth.
1,000 shares gives you 30,000 yen worth.
2,000 shares gives you 40,000 yen worth.
3,000 shares gives you 50,000 yen worth.
5,000 shares gives you 60,000 yen worth.
Comment
You can't go wrong with a flat 20% off your bill, and the gift certificates scale up to the 1,000 share range. The only annoying thing is that you can only use it at restaurants run by the group directly and not franchised out. Make sure to check the website first, or else you might end up at a store that doesn't accept the perks!
