Star Flyer provides air transportation services in Japan. The company offers passenger handling services, such as ticketing to air passengers, boarding information, baggage storage, etc.; and ground handling services, such as aircraft takeoff and landing guidance, aircraft monitoring, checked baggage, and cargo loading and unloading.
It's one of the smaller airlines in Japan, with flights mainly being focused in Fukuoka, although they also fly from Haneda to Kansai and Yamaguchi.

For each 100 shares, you get 3 coupons. 200,000 shares would get you 6,000 coupons.
Comment
Although getting 50% off the plane ticket seems like a great deal, in reality these discounts aren't as good as you might think, as it's based on the price of the rack rate and it's likely that any tickets booked in advance will be cheaper. The coupons can be useful if you need to go somewhere on short notice and no cheap tickets are available, but otherwise you're better off just booking a different fare class.
The limited routes the airline flies also may make them difficult to use.
