Happiness and D operates and manages select shops under Happiness and GINZA Happiness names in shopping centers in Japan. It offers bags and wallets; watches; jewelry/accessories comprising rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings; and gift goods, including perfumes, sunglasses, ties/belts/cufflinks/tie bars, kitchen/interior goods, stationery/smoking tools, etc. The company also engages in the development of original brand products.
Most of the stuff they sell is in the luxury range, although their own products are fairly reasonably priced.

February rights date:
100 shares - Original product and one 10% off coupon.
200 shares - Original product and two 10% off coupons.
August rights date:
100 shares - One 10% off coupon and 2,000 yen worth of gift certificates.
200 shares - Two 10% off coupons and 4,000 yen worth of gift certificates.
400 shares -Two 10% off coupons and 6,000 yen worth of gift certificates.
600 shares - Two 10% off coupons and 8,000 yen worth of gift certificates.
800 shares - Two 10% off coupons and 10,000 yen worth of gift certificates.
Comment
The original product seems to consistently be a choice of either a piece of jewelry or leather products. I don't know enough about jewelry to know if the products are any good but they seem fine, the leather products are also well made from what I can tell and seem to be well reviewed online. If nothing else it'll make for a good present for someone if you don't want to use it yourself.
The 10% off coupons I've not found to be that great, high-end luxury brands are excluded from usage, and it also can't be used for certain sales. The online store also gives some coupons if you sign up for an account, and their original products seem to always be 10% off if you order online.
The gift certificates are probably going to be more useful if you want to buy from their stores.
