Revolution Co., Ltd. engages in the real estate resale business in Japan. The company operates through three segments: Real Estate Business, Investment Business, and Finance Business. The Real Estate Business segment offers real estate sales and brokerage services, as well as manages general rental properties. The Investment Business segment invests in SPCs, domestic, and foreign companies, as well as financial products, such as securities. The Finance Business segment operates a wholesale financial business that offers back financing funds to lenders who handle real estate-backed loans. The company is also involved in the asset management, rental, and metropolitan property buying and selling businesses. 

They're mainly focused in Yamaguchi. The used to do condominium development but gave that up and recovered their business by renovating used properties.

Comment

QUO Card Pay is just a digital version of QUO Cards and can be used at most retailers that take the physical versions. Since you get it twice a year, receiving an extra 120,000 yen as a  tax free dividend is certainly nice. The share and holding requirements are quite high though, so you'll have to really have faith in the company!
