Company Information
Joban Kosan engages in the tourism, fuel trading, manufacturing, transportation, and agricultural businesses in Japan and internationally. It is involved in the operation of resort under the Spa Resort Hawaiians name; and Spa Resort Hawaiians golf course. The company also engages in the wholesale of imported coal; heavy oil, and LP gas; kerosene, gasoline, light oil, lubricating oil, and petrochemical products; and construction materials, such as cement, ready-mixed concrete, etc. In addition, it manufactures cast iron products, such as hydro-star motors that are used in the marine equipment and industrial machinery; hydraulic motor body; and produces and sells agricultural products, as well as provides cargo transportation services.
The company has a fascinating history, originally focused on mining and then created the Spa Resort Hawaiians as a way to keep people employed as coal mining declined. Now it's mostly known for the waterpark resort in Iwaki, Fukushima.
This company will be acquired in late 2024 and therefore the September 2024 rights date will be the last chance to get these perks.

Details
Admission tickets that give free entry to the Hawaiians waterpark, you can also use one ticket for two people at 50% off, which seems kind of redundant.
Tickets which let you stay at the resort hotels at a discounted rate. The price for each hotel is fixed based on specific days of the year which is sent to you.
Meal discount coupons for 10% off the resort or golf course's restaurants
Tickets which let you use the golf course at a discounted rate depending on what services you want to include and the day of the week.
Gift certificates which can be used to pay for most services at the resort.
Requirements
100 shares - 3 admission tickets, 1 hotel ticket, 1 meal ticket, 1 golf ticket
500 shares - 4 admission tickets, 2 hotel tickets, 2 meal tickets, 2 golf tickets
1,000 shares - 6 admission tickets, 4 hotel tickets, 4 meal tickets, 4 golf tickets

Comment
The main problem for most people is that this theme park is way out in Iwaki, Fukushima. Fortunately, they do operate a shuttle bus service from Tokyo and other major spots in Kanto which you can use for free if you stay at the hotel, and that includes using the shareholder discount coupon. Hawaiians is a pretty good water park so being able to go there twice a year at a discount is a nice perk, and if you actually live close enough so that you don't need the hotel then that'll be even better. Looking at different published rates, the shareholder discount is cheaper than anything else I can find.
Be aware that some of the waterslides require a separate fee which isn't included in the admission ticket!
